When will my order arrive?

Processing your order takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time within Canada is around 4 to 6 business days.

The estimated delivery time has passed — where is my order?

Some products are missing from my delivery — why?

Some orders are shipped in multiple packages due to weight restrictions. It’s also possible that your items come from different suppliers. Therefore, if you ordered multiple items at once, they might not arrive together.

Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on the way. Remaining items are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days afterward.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, in rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping. This is, of course, not your fault. Please contact our customer service immediately at info@calensupply.com. Important: Please take photos of the damage and include them in your email.

Please do not return the item without first sending us the photos. Otherwise, we won’t be able to provide an appropriate solution. Our customer service team will handle your request as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

If you ordered the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you simply don’t want to keep it.
