Return and Refund Policy

Important Information

  • 30-day return policy
  • Refund within 14 days
  • No restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@calensupply.com and provide your order number. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will cancel it without any issues. Otherwise, you will need to use the regular return process.

Return/Exchange Process

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Please make sure the following conditions are met before returning:

  • The items must not have been worn or washed
  • The original tags must still be attached
  • Ideally, return the items in their original packaging

In other words: You may try on the products, but not wear them extensively and then return them.

If your items qualify for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at info@calensupply.com. You will then receive a return label.

Refund

Once we have received your return (please use a shipping service with tracking and provide us with the tracking number), we will inspect the item.
If everything is in order, we will confirm this by email and issue your refund within 14 days of confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In rare cases, an item may arrive damaged or with the wrong size or color.

Don’t worry — we’re here to help. Please take a photo of the issue, have your order number ready, and contact us at info@calensupply.com with a short description of the incident.

We will find a suitable solution — in most cases, we will send you a free replacement.
