At Calensupply, we cover the shipping costs for every order within Canada. All items are delivered free of charge directly to your home — with no minimum order value.

Here are the average delivery times:

- Once we receive your order, processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. On weekdays, this usually means one day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

- After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days.

Once your order is placed, you’ll soon receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number — allowing you to follow your package online via our shipping partner. You’ll find a detailed guide on our Tracking Page.

If you would like your order to be shipped on the same day, feel free to call us — our service team will be happy to assist you.

Delivery of Your Order

Received a Defective Product?

We’re sorry to hear that! In rare cases, damage may occur during shipping. The first time, we will send you a replacement free of charge — refunds are not possible in this case. However, if the problem happens again, we will issue a full refund.

Placing an Order

Ordering at Calensupply.com is simple: First, visit the product page and add your desired item to the cart by clicking "Add to Cart."

Make sure you select the correct variants. Once everything looks good, proceed to checkout by clicking "Checkout." On the next page, enter and carefully check your shipping address. Then click "Continue to Shipping."

On the shipping page, you can review your information once again. It will also confirm that your shipping is free — our little way of saying thank you! Continue by clicking "Continue to Payment."

Package Lost?

If a package gets lost during shipping or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will first send you a replacement free of charge. If your order has not arrived within 60 days after dispatch, you will, of course, receive a full refund.
